DWV Parks delivers Club’s Beach log order

On Friday, February 12th, 2021, West Vancouver Parks delivered Hollyburn Sailing Club’s Spring Sailing Season beach log order. The Parks staff usually waits until Ambleside Addison prognosticates the start of the Spring Sailing Season. Addy declared the season open on February 2nd, 2021. (Addy’s whiskers did not feel wind!)

The club placed its beach log order last September, after the Sailing School wrapped up.

Every Spring Sailing Season, after the King Tides, WV Parks places the ordered logs and grooms the beach for the club.

Tracks of the beach log machinery in front of the club…it was lunch time when the photos were taken. The crew was not finished by press time.

A big THANK-YOU to WV Parks for delivering and arranging the beach logs for the club!!!
