SUP Yoga (1 hour 30 minutes)

Take your practice to the most awe-inspiring studio around. Experience a serene, blissful practice that combines balance, strength and pranayama and culminates with a relaxing savasna, listening to the water lapping against your board. Prepare to leave refreshed, rejuvenated and grateful.

Intro to Paddleboarding (1 hour 30 minutes)

Your introductory hour and a half Stand Up Paddle (SUP) lesson teaches you the basics of SUP techniques and strokes, and ends with an adventure paddle along Ambleside and Dundarave’s shores.

$70 includes all equipment

Sunset SUP (1 hour 30 minutes)

Join us from Ambleside for a one hour and 15 minute leisurely, social paddle as the sun goes down. We will spend the first 10-15 minutes of class on land reviewing water safety and stroke technique.

Surfer’s Sculpt Fitness Series aka SUP Fitness (1 hour 30 minutes)

Take your workout to the water! Join us for a Stand Up Paddle Fitness Series from Hollyburn Sailing Club in West Vancouver.

This progressive series will last 5 weeks, and will run every Tuesday night. Every class will build on the last, and will challenge all the muscles in your body with new skills and drills. If you are new to paddling, not to worry! The first class of the series will be an introduction to Stand Up Paddling, where we will learn the foundational skills for safe and effective strokes and turns on the water.

Nikki is the Owner and Operator of Sea to Sky Fitness, a holistic fitness business that offers personal training (indoors and ou​t), nutrition coaching, and Stand Up Paddle (SUP) lessons and classes.

Nikki is a Personal Trainer, Power Flow Yoga Instructor, as well as a certified Paddle Canada and World Paddle Association Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Instructor based in North Vancouver, BC. She specializes in outdoor fitness, weight loss, and pre and post-natal fitness. She is also a Master Trainer at Paddle Into Fitness, and teaches Paddle Into Fitness Teacher Trainings throughout North America.

As a Fitness Professional, her primary mission is to help people achieve their fitness goals and create balance in their lives. She loves to work with people so they can feel their best; balancing fitness, wellness, nutrition, play and rest to achieve optimal health and wellness.
